Wonderful amenities for family enjoyment.
We were very disappointed with the lack of entertainment options. The hotel felt quiet in the evenings, and we only discovered there was a DJ and BBQ after our stay ended. The in-room dining experience was frustrating. There were no menus available, and finding the QR code to access food options was a hassle, especially since the paper sleeve we received got wet and was discarded.

Stayed for 4 nights in this extraordinary and absolutely amazing place, appreciated that. We had a brand-new and big size room with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a sitting area. Private bathrooms, that included a hot tub, were cleaned daily. The location was amazing, in the middle of jackson and overlooking ocean...

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with the balkony and that was great. The staff was very good and helped with the private parking. Location: the hotel was right by Sao Beach, Regent Phu Quoc, and Vietnam.

excellent dining experience but limited pool hours
Every meal was exquisite, particularly at Oku restaurant, where we visited twice and enjoyed two excellent meals. The staff demonstrated amazing service, being attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The King Suite with Ocean View was spacious. The fine sea view added a perfect touch to our experience.
The pool hours were limited, a bit disappointing.

The pools impressed me, especially the infinity pool with amazing views. The beach area stayed pristine and clean, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast featured an extensive selection of delicious choices. Staff. They were always friendly. One evening, noisy kids distracted me while dining, but the staff offered complimentary drinks at Jade Bar as an apology. I loved the spacious balcony in my room, great for enjoying morning coffee. Although the spa felt overpriced at $535 per person, it provided great services. I also found some food items a bit pricey but high quality. Those small issues didn't overshadow an otherwise luxurious escape.
